Wild Workouts: Mindful Nature Immersion

Wild Workouts: Mindful Nature Immersion is offered on fifth Tuesdays of selected months. The Zoo says the class is about an hour with 15 minutes before and after to gather and walk. Ages 16+. Fee: members $15, non-members $20. Registration closes the Monday before each date via my.mnzoo.org. Space is limited. Location is Zoo trails or Discovery Bay depending on weather.
