Wild Workouts: Pilates Pilates is a type of exercise and body conditioning highlighting precise and repetitive movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement. Tailored for all skill levels, the instructor will guide you through a blend of basic movements and advanced progressions, designed to improve core strength, flexibility, and body alignment.
