Free Concerts Every Wednesday: What's Left of Lakeville's "Live at the Lake" Series
If you've been meaning to catch a summer night down at Lake Marion, you haven't missed your window. Lakeville's Live at the Lake series runs every Wednesday through September 9, and the whole thing is free — no tickets, no cover, just a lawn chair and a lake.
The city puts it on at the Casperson Park Performance Stage, right on the water at 19720 Juno Trail. Bring a blanket or some camp chairs, grab dinner from the food trucks parked onsite, and settle in. An opening act plays from 6 to 6:45 p.m., and the headliner takes the stage from 7 to 8:30.

The Rest of the 2026 Lineup
August 5 — Debbie O'Keefe & Hot Toddies (swing, soul & disco). Johnny Table All-Stars open with a country-indie-jazz mix, then the Hot Toddies bring the swing, soul, and disco, with a little trivia worked in. Food trucks: Taco Toms MN, Paulson's Pronto Pups, and Kool Sweets & Treats.
August 12 — Lakeville Area Community Band POPS Concert. A hometown night. Brian Hansen kicks things off with some indie rock, and the Lakeville Area Community Band headlines with their POPS concert. Food trucks: HaDa Foodie, Tikka Flavors, and Kool Sweets & Treats.
August 19 — Travis Thamert (country). Lone Rock Bride sets the tone with country, indie, and rock, and Travis Thamert closes it out with a full country set. Food trucks: Momo Express, Byblos Mediterranean Express, and Kool Sweets & Treats.
August 26 — Jonah and the Whales (pop & R&B). Bluegrass and country from Long Time Gone to start, then Jonah and the Whales bring the pop and R&B. Food trucks: Byblos Mediterranean Express, Momo Express, and Kool Sweets & Treats.
September 2 — Side of Sarcasm (pop & rock covers). The Pan-Handlers open with steel drum, always a crowd favorite, and Side of Sarcasm runs through pop and rock covers from the '90s to today. Food trucks: to be announced.
September 9 — KC and the Southside Band (rock & country). The season finale. Tim Howe opens with easygoing country covers, and KC and the Southside Band send the summer off with rock and country. Food trucks: Eggroll Queen, Streetside Canteen, and Unbakeable.
A Few Things to Know Before You Go
The Casperson Park stage is fully accessible, with a lit, paved plaza tucked between two parking lots and right next to a playground, so it's an easy one to bring the kids to.
